We rely solely on fundraising to support our programming and every donation makes an impact on the lives of the foster, adoptive, and kinship families we have the honor of working with.
Our greatest need right now is for ONGOING MONTHLY DONORS to make sure we are able to best serve the families that access our resources.

All Monthly Defenders will receive a membership gift of a Defenders T-shirt with the Defend Logo on the front and the words DEFENDER on the back with the verse Psalm 82:3 “Defend the weak and the fatherless; uphold the cause of the poor and the oppressed”.

Can provide a child with a new pair of shoes and a backpack of school supplies to start off their school year on the right foot.

Can send a family of 5 to Family Camp.
$50/month
Can provide a mental health scholarship to a foster or adoptive family for one year, or will clothe a child at the York County Foster Closet for the year.
$100/month
Can allow a child to participate in monthly connection events including respite nights, Family Camp, a Back 2 School Bash and a Christmas Party for a year.
$200/month
Can allow a child to participate in all of the programming offered by Defend the Fatherless including: clothing for the year from The York County Foster Closet, the Mental Health Scholarship, Family Camp, Respite Night, Back 2 School, Santa’s Helper Program and Monthly Connection Events.
